Remember, change doesn't come right away whenever we want. I have experienced this. Being a student myself specially during lockdown was a bit challenging for me.Even now, there are many days when I feel like doing nothing at all. So, if you are facing the same thing it's definately okay! Here is how you'll able to be fine very soon -

• You should definately not get worry about what you are not doing.Even if you are just sleeping,eating or watching tv, you are atleast doing something.Have a perfect lazy day once!
•Don't force yourself. Same like what I discussed above. Do whatever you like and remember you are not going to be like this forever obviously.
•Distract yourself , I mean watch a movie or a tv show to feel good.watch some motivational videos.But remember not to force yourself even for watching these. You can watch when your mood is to, right?
•Talk to anyone you like talking to.Avoid being anti social. It doesn't get you anything good at all.
•Do something which others don't do , something which can make you proud of yourself.Like learning something new :)
•Self care is must also get engrolled in daily activities like cleaning,dusting etc .Because these are basic activities .
Lastly, even if you are not able to do or follow anything from the above. Don't panic because change comes gradually. Don't chase it just live your present happily and beautifully. Wishing you luck!
It's ok sometimes for not being satisfied with ourselves.
